How do I sign up for an on account Compass Mobile?
Whether you need a new on account Mobile connection or have an existing number that you wish to transfer over to Compass, the process is quick and easy.
Add a new or existing mobile number
To add the Mobile service to your account, simply login to My Compass and send a Support Request to the Compass Customer Care team, including the following information:
- New or existing number
- Current provider (existing only)
- Current provider’s account number (existing only)
- Current number (existing only)

Compass announce withdrawal of prepay services from 30th September 2017
Unfortunately, Compass will be withdrawing from the prepaid mobile market on the 30th September 2017.
Use of the 4G mobile network and operating platform is expiring as of midnight 30th September 2017.
Customers can continue to use Compass prepaid mobile services up to 11.59pm on the 30th September 2017.
From 1st October you will not be able to make calls/send texts/access the internet via data nor receive calls and texts on your Compass SIM.
Credit top-ups ceased from 20th September 2017
You will no longer be able to top-up your mobile balance after 11 am on the 20th September 2017.
This gives you 10 days to use up your remaining credit.
