Compass Managed Services operates its own national network and has inter-connect agreements with all other major carriers, including Chorus, Enable, Ultrafast, Northpower, Spark, Vodafone, 2degrees, Vocus, FX, Citylink, Vector, SingTel Oprus, Verizon and M2. We can offer our customers both the cloud infrastructure and the best available high-speed connectivity into their cloud.
Secure access and storage
Companies often express concern about the security and access of their data when it is hosted off-site. Compass Managed Services understands this and implements a comprehensive policy in its data centres in Auckland and Hamilton to ensure we meet the most stringent of security requirements. This is achieved using best practice guidelines from Microsoft, VMware and Cisco to secure each customer in their own environment at server, network and datacentre levels.
All Compass Managed Services solutions are scalable. Either pay for what you use or what has been allocated to you.
Many of our services offer the ability for you to manage your own environment so we offer a series of tools and security measures to best equip you for that purpose. This could be for you to load applications; stop, start, restart/reboot, pause servers; or view other information.
99.99% Service Level
We offer a standard SLA of 99.99%. This is an average and takes into account all core aspects of our network and the components therein. Some individual components offer 99.999%.
Local Help Desk and support options
Compass Managed Services operates a full Level 1 to 3 Help Desk with certified engineers based out of Auckland. We pride ourselves on 1st call resolution and offer support services on a contractual or time and materials basis.

Compass Managed Services is a New Zealand company that delivers its cloud services with all infrastructure and data securely located in New Zealand under the jurisdiction of New Zealand privacy, copyright and company legislation.
